i love mine scrambled with a dash of olive oil and that's it. sometimes i'll add salt and pepper to taste but most of the time i don't. i'm not into half boiled eggs because i can't stand the 'uncook' taste. i'll mix it with soy sauce if there is nothing else but half-boiled eggs to eat. other than that, i love omelettes too. do you have any recipe for omelettes to share here? anyways, happy mylotting and thank you for sharing your ideas!

I like to have eggs fried in butter with a soft yolk. I then eat it with toast and ketchup. Scrambled eggs should also be cooked in butter with some cream or milk. I turn them off just before they are cooked so that they can finish cooking from the heat of the stove. I do not like eggs that are scrambled so hard that the eggs are tough and rubbery. I also like soft boiled eggs with toast and butter and salt.m Scrambled eggs with cheese is good and also even better if sausage is added and black pepper.

nyum nyum for eggs! ketchup? hmm. over here we refer the ketchup as the soy sauce and over in the US they refer ketchup as the tomato sauce. and we call the tomato sauce, tomato sauce. haha.so, which one do you take with your eggs? the ketchup-soy sauce or the ketchup-tomato sauce?

I like scarmbled egg with sliced hotdog or onion. If sunnyside up I like it rare cooked with some salt on the yolk. Its doesn't taste good if there's no salt on it. For boiled egg, I like it medium rare with noodles or pansit canton.

Lightly scrambled with cheddar cheese melted, and some sesame seeds thrown in.

We use to travel and go visit my uncle when I was younger. He would make scrambled eggs in the morning when we woke up. He would dice up some green onions and shred some cheddar cheese. Then he would lightly saute the green onions and add eggs and cheese to them. Then scramble that all together and when he was done. He would sprinkle some cheese over them and put them in a plate. I make mine like this once in awhile but not to much anymore.
