Do you write in notebooks first, and then type?

I love writing, and I'm constantly using my notebooks and then typing everything out in my computer. For example, I have several writing assignments due throughout most days. The night before, you'll find me writing out these assignments in notebooks so I can type them out in the morning. For me, this is a great process because it allows me to really stay grounded with the writer in me. Plus, I can think clearer at night after the computer is off for the day - in the mornings, there's so much hustle and bustle around me, it's easiery to robotically type without much thought involved.
Do you do this? Do you write in notebooks first, and then type?

I mostly type and write books. So it makes sense for me to keep notebooks, to analyze why I'm writing such and such story...quirks and plot twists I'd otherwise forget, etc. Especially because I don't have access to a computer all the time...I carry a notebook with me everywhere.
...and since alot of my stories come from my dreams, I even keep the notebook and pen by my pillow so that the instant I wake up I can write it down.

I'll write entire chapters in my notebook to type out on the computer...but it's not actally a fun process, for me. xD just something I do because my brain'll nag me until I write the entire story and forgetting entire chapters is bad in that sense, xD

I get on the computer and write right away. I want to see the writing as it would look as if it would appear in a book and on the page. I will write ideas in a journal or potential stories, and write out anything that comes to my head, but first. It seems too much trouble to go and write an article and then recopy it. Besides I can see the mistakes rather then try to decipher my hand writing that is not good since I broke my wrist. And it does save on paper.

Before I used to do that. But it makes my hand tired easily and as I type with my 10 fingers and almost as fast as I think for me is more practical to type instead of writting. And I have a very good focus when it comes to the computer or tv. As I have a noisy family I learnt a bit how to focus on what I am doing at the moment. Not easy, sometimes you get very tired of so much focusing.

I have more then one notebook so it makes it confusing, I've already filled up one and I plan to type it up on my computer to make it more organized(: They're really useful, I always carry at least one with me, and a lot of pens:D

I often use my notebook, I like to write down my thoughts, plans and ideas. Usually I write these things on little papers and the stick them into my notebook.
I don't have a need over write my writings in my computer thought so I stick with what's written in my notebook.

I keep notepads with me all day, one on my night stand and one at my computer. I tend to write down the thoughts I want to keep or remember because I know that in a split second that thought can be gone.
Heck I have sat down at my computer to write an article, had a big part of it in my head and before I could hit the first key to start typing it was gone, just that fast, so for me the notepad is about the only way I am going to keep those thoughts.
I tried to use a voice activated recorder for my night stand but woke up in the morning to find I had recorded 2 hours of me snoring.
