[b]What if you've been stranded in an island that only you and your dream person are the only people left in an accident... whether it is a plane crash or cruse ship...
the big question.... who is that person and how can you attract him/her to make a sexy time with you?...

Sounds like a story you are writing? 
Will I meet my dream person on the island? Will he be there waiting for me and my plane or cruise ship just happens to crash there. Or is he with me for the trip?
A pregnancy? That would spoil it a bit

the 2 of you are been stranded for many days or month just because the plane or the ship you 2 are aboard are been sink down or crash in an island where the 2 of you are the only survivor...
