i have joined these ptc site are these good site to work on or these are scam
is tere any one who is the member of thses sites and got paid any time
if not then i would not work on these sites

The only one on your list I am a member of is perfectbux but I've not reached payout yet. I did notice you don't have neobux on your list. They are the #1 paying site there is. This is not only my opinion but if you look in forums you will see proof everywhere. I have been paid by them and when I say instantly I mean it. Like I hit cashout in my account, logged into paypal and it was already there. If you would like to join neobux I would love it if you would join under me.
