Well, maybe the reviews for that merchant already exceeds 10. according to their new policy, they limit only 10 reviews per product and merchant. That is probably why you will not get credit for your review.

Yup! Hatimyal is correct! Only the first 10 reviews will be paid. Products with existing 10 reviews or more will not be paid anymore. So I suggest, you look for those products with 9 reviews or less. Good luck!

I Think it is a message which tells you that there are already 10 reviews written for teh particular product. according to the new rules if a product has 10 reviews than the reviews written after that wont get any money for writing it.
