I think i'm pretty darn handy. The past 5 summers I've worked for a property manager, and I've had to do lots of little maintenance type jobs, and this has really helped me improve my handyman skills. I know how to rewire an outlet, and I am very good at painting, can fix a broken door, etc. Being handy is a very good thing!
