Those who read my stuff probably saw this coming a mile away, no surprise to them, and to all others reading, welcome to my thread, and welcome to the Revolution.
It's absolutely free for all, it's good, and it WILL deliver!
Have you started diets? Weight loss programs? Considered all sorts of crap and nothing really worked? Spent your money on overpriced chemicals that promised everything and ended up just gathering dust somewhere?
I say no more. I say demolish everything, this is 2009, fresh year, and what we say, goes.
I started this after reading some weight loss threads, so many people are ready to spend their money, torture and bore themselves to death with crappy exercise programs and diets and the worst things imaginable, when in fact weight loss, exercise and staying fit can be a wonderful experience.
So if you're ready to try something new, join the Revolution, post in this thread, do what you must, just get that act together, the body fit, that mind fresh, and those friends and colleagues envious. Show this thread to your spouse, ONCE, and ask them if they'll join with you, and if they say no, then start without them!
Do we need fancy fitness trainers? Should we support an overpriced cosmetics industry and their poisonous chems? Hell no:D
This is anarchy, this is chaos and destruction, and we will NOT follow any sort of rules, as long as the fat gets off and sweet tasty tight muscles get on instead.
I've done this before, went from fat lazy bas1ard to sporty fitness freak, so I know it can be done. I am also at the end of a few months of 'fattening up' as it were, so if you're a lazy couch potato like me, with a beautiful, generous belly, no problem, we start from about the same place. We WILL get to the beach in absolutely TOP SHAPE this year. Join now, or stay on the sides.
So just to get the ball rolling, I'm going to set everything up in the next 48 hours, ready for at least 3-4 weeks of goodness. Some proteins, some protein bars to have at work instead of the junkfood, some fruits or shake for the morning runs, and I'll also explore the area where I live for good exercise places. Starting with the stairs of my 10 story building. I'm sure I'll find much more fun things to do, but if nothing else is there, just the stairs and rails will make a HUGE difference, compared to nothing.
I'm against gyms personally, I've never been to one, and I think one can do much more outside in the open :D
I will be back with some comments, to actually report how 'Teh Revolution' is going, and to show that it can be done, with little time or money and NO stress. and NO dieting, I hate diets :D
Don't like running? Too cold outside? No problem, Google! Google right now for SOME way to get fit, ANYTHING, that sounds good to YOU, and try it. Get a camera, get your BEFORE pictures, and away we go! Even a sauna, or hot bath + some massage, special oils, anything that you think is good for you and will get you started on the way.

LOL I like your enthusiasm, and I'm with you :) It wouldn't hurt me to lose a few pounds :) I think I'll do it with better food and more exercise. Good luck to us both.
