I need advice on ebay selling?

Hay,
I'm college student and live in Sri Lanka.I tried lots of ways to make money on internet.And all those things didn't work for me.So I decided to try e-bay.I did lots of researches and read e-business books from library.And it took me 6 months to collect money for this business.
Here is my deal.
I can find woman hand-bags(quality ones) for around $10.And I saw some hand-bags on e-bay,they priced $99.00 and $120.00...But I decided not to sell them on that price.Because I need to find some good feedbacks.So I will sell them around $40.00 with shipping price.
Here is the point.
What do you think about my idea?
When someone buy from me,do they frighten because I have no feedbacks?
My user-name is 1Lodestone,so is it occur when I list my products?
Your advice will be priceless to me....And what tips do I need to follow?

Hello, I just visited your eBay site and see you are not offering anything at the moment. A couple things would help you. There is a My World page on eBay. Spend some time there and let the world know something about you. This is a great place to build trust in buyers. Until you get feedback you may want to buy something, anything, especially low cost items like an ebook. You can build your feedback score from your purchases. That's all I can think of at the moment. eBay works as I made my living there for a number of years until we parted ways. Best of success to you!
