Inauguration foulup?

Anyone watching the swearing in of President Barack Obama say when it looked like he fumbled a little through the swearing in, but I think it was the guy administering it that messed up, anyone know what I'm talking about? When the President paused and the other guy repeated what he said for the President to repeat. It sounded like the President stopped so that the guy could phrase the sentence correctly.

it was the judge that messed up....and Obama had to try to cue him on what he was supposed to say next....

The chief justice actually admitted that it was his mistake and apologized to Obama later in the day. Obama took it in stride and laughed about it though...
