How do you deal with worry?

There's a bajillion things that people worry about. For some reason or another, I worry about a lot of things and make sure that I try to cover my butt with good planning (like purchasing insurance) or expect the worst-case scenario. The problem, however, is that it becomes a constant worry. Take the whole U.S. economy situation, for instance. Some of us live paycheck by paycheck, wondering if it will be enough to cover bills. People like me made the mistake of accruing credit card debt, and even with constant payments, that principal balance never goes away.
I constantly stress myself out with our financial situation, but my getaway is preoccupying myself on the Internet. I also love spending time with my girlfriend and her kids, who all seem to melt my cares away with as little as a smile. But during work, I don't have the luxury of having them around, so I try to preoccupy myself with the Internet when I have spare time.
What do you guys do?

Worry does nothing but tear down your health. I do not worry because I know whatever the situation it will work itself out. There is no sense in worring is the way I look at it.
