I am not American but I joined in with the world yesterday to usher a new president to the United States, now everyone who knows Oprah knows that she is so happy that Obama is president and so are people from all over the world. It is a great time for America,
As I said I am not American but the song America is so beautiful, people like Seal (England) are singing in it. The Song just touched my heart,

I listened to the song, but not downloading it, as avoid downloading more on to my computer. Its great to get free items and do get many of them. I'm not an Oprah watcher.

Yes I am not also an American but I am with Obama. We'll just hope, he can stand back our Global crisis we felt right now.
Free online things? Well it depends on what kind, if it would just music, there's no need for me I have plenty of it. Besides I am not fond of downloading music. I am music lover but I have lots of it to hear. Oprah? I am not also a fun of Oprah. What I had in my mind about Oprah is good only for women show..I am sorry I am just being honest. Nice topic..cheers

I thought Aretha Franklin did a great job on
'My Country Tis Of Thee' too.
I don't watch as much of Oprah as I used to.
But when Dr. Oz is on, I like to watch it.

I also watched all day and even into the night all that went on yesterday. My grandson got to watch the history being made also in school, they let them watch it. Oprah's show is on right now as I am reading this discussion. I will have to go to her site and check out that song....oh I love to listen to Seal sing, so glad he is singing in that song. Thank you for telling about the song, even though I am watching the show right now I might have missed it.

Ince again, winterose, thank you for the link! Yes, it is a beautiful, poignant song....but once again, I do not know how to download, I am sure that it will be offered to buy, soon,and I will do it that way!
Whenever possible, I do watch as many Oprah's shows as I can..but oft I am working as my Channel carries it at 4:00 p.m. There are times, that if inclement weather I am home, and I often hope it is the day that Dr. Oz is on! I really think that he is a "no nonsense" professional. Have a great one! Cheers!

I love getting free things/samples online. It is the best way to try something without having to pay full price and then finding you don't like it. It saves you alot of wasted money. Thanks for the link, I appreciate it. I will definitely be heading that way as soon as I answer your post. Again thanks..I like watching Oprah, I don't get to as often now since hubby isn't working since he gets to control the television while he is home. I love Oprah one reason being that I see that she deals with the weight issue the same as me. She has to fight everyday to keep her weight down or she will balloon up. My mom bought me a book that was full of inspirations about her own internal struggle and I think it is helping me. She does alot for the kids and people of the world with her foundations.

To answer your questions: Yes, I do enjoy free downloads from the internet. I often visit websites where there are rare, classic or out of print books & texts available. The Gutenberg Project and Sacred Texts are two of my favorites.
No I won't be downloading the song. I enjoyed it very much but probably not something I'd watch over and over.
I don't watch Oprah very often anymore. I used to watch the show every day before it became the "Cult of Oprah". She got super rich and people started giving her power. Then she ran with it and is taking that power to extremes. Her scope of influence is getting very scary. I miss the old Oprah.

i watched oprah not that often but i like her inspiring topics of life. I often like downloading songs and i love it so much. Free things online is always what i want.

hello why do you want to download the song .it has been recorded in live concert what happening there we understna=but the logic seems to be the superlogic how the obama will reflect to recision point of concern jow is it going to be reflected in any way to you by the concern

What does the song have to do with superlogic? It's very simple logic. If you like the song, download it. If you don't like the song, don't download it.
