hi fwidman. i guess for you that is the thing to do. fix the "problem" but as you put "a ferret lover" it's not a problem for me hehe thank you.
i am a die hard at thinking how cute they are.

hi ElicBxn...wowie cazowie you have 25 cats? the thing is when i got my first ferret, caffeine, my sister had 6 cats and they were glued to my bedroom door. listening and waiting for a chance to get in. i let my ferret play in my room. and my sister thanked me for buying a new "toy" for her cats. HA! some cats get along and some don't. but it you have your doubts go with it. besides you have enough to keep you busy. how interesting you must have it. more power to you.

Mine somehow manage to get on top of the refrigerator and knock over the cereal boxes. They love Cheerios and that was the only safe place for them until they found a way to get on top of the fridge. I have yet to catch them in the act of getting on top of the fridge, but I pet it's hysterical to watch.

My little fuzzie butt also enjoys sneaking in the cabinet and messing up the videos. Lately, she has been attempting to drag them to her hiding spot (under the couch). LOL

Hey there greenglitterturtle long time no see how ya doin'?
My brother used to keep ferrets. He had one called Basil who was an albino but he was so cute and really tame, well as tame as a ferret can get. He used to bathe them every night because they stank and my mum made him keep them in the shed outside. I remember hanging out the washing once and felt a tugging at my sock. I lifted up my leg only to Basil hanging onto my sock for dear life. I think he was trying to find his way up my trouser leg at the time but he would never have had a chance as I was wearing drainpipe trouser around that era!!

hi humbug...basil is a cute name. my mimzy is an albino too. and yes "as tame as a ferret can be" hehe. that is so cute how basil was tugging at your sock. once mimzy crawled up my bro-in-law's short's pant leg while he was talking on the phone. it was so funny.

Haha, they are cute aren't they? My girl, Tikki, does the same thing, only she likes to worm her way through into one of the shelves we have and fall asleep in there. She also tries to hide the TV remotes by pulling them through the hole. Haha, the things ferrets come up with, it's amazing.

This sort of behavior is exactly why I don't want a ferret. I have enough trouble dealing with my wayward cat. If I had a ferret it would probably get killed in a drain pipe that it accidentally crawled into.

My cat is not independent. He needs people around always.

Hi cripfemme, having a cat is admirable so you are not required to have a ferret. i'll have ferrets for you. i'll be your surrogate ferret owner. hehe. enjoy your kitty. cats are independent so it takes someone who is secure with themselves to appreciate a cat. kudos to you.
