Do dogs know what they are? (boy or girl.)

Our pitbull, Hannah looks and acts like a real lady... in dog terms that is...lol. We keep her inside, and at night, she sleeps in the corner on the BIG doggie pillow, and if she drags one of the blankets over with her, we know she want's covered up...lol. Our other 2 dogs, males, don't do anything like this. I dont know, it's like Hannah knows she's a girl dog, by the way she acts. The other 2 would care less about much of anything, as long as they get the food and water...lol.
