I know there are a few different way's to look for discussions, but I mainly go by what pop's up on top. A few times, I will go to Interests, then My Interests to see what's been said a couple, a few hour's ago, or even a day ago. I have about 300 topic's that I've picked out for my interests. You do get a fell kinda, of what's popular tho just by seeing what pop's up on the top there. How do you look for stuff to respond to?

I always check the top discussions. I have a belief that respond to popular discussion will help me earn more money. But I don't know if this is really true. It's just a random belief. :) Anyway, when I've gone through the first 3 pages of the top discussions, I'll check out my interests. I'm bound to find something to respond to over there for sure.

Hi There! If I have all day or atleast 3 hours a day to participate in mylot, I would really start checking out the discussion in "Today's topic" then I would open it one by one to read it then reply to them if I have something to share. After that, I will go through each tab especially in "my interest" topics so I can choose an appropriate discussion for me to reply to. Usually that is what I do everyday but I also check new discussions and to those discussions that doesn't have replies on it so I can reply on them to drive them to participate here in mylot. But in one of my weekends, I would really spend the entire day or maybe like 5 hours or so to check on my friends discussion to be updated. NOt all of my friens are active so I focus on those who are active or has discussions so I can participate. THank you for the discussions. Happy Mylotting and Have a great day! Cheers!

I just browse the discussions area. I usually go to all threads even sometimes it is not really ineteresting. Because I want to give the author of the thread a favor. Posting responses helps each one of us. It is a give and take relationship.

I usually look for some discussions first at today's top discussion and from there I'll be looking for topics that interests me more or something that I can relate w/. Most of the discussions I have responded are from there, however, if I don't see anyhting good for me then I'll go to my interests and from there look for sensible topics to reply. The ones I usually had been responding are from my interests in People, Life and Relationships although I sometimes do in other interest articles.

I reply to things that i know how to answer. I also reply to things that i can relate to or that interest me. I don't just reply to anything. Especially if they are looking for someone to give them advice and i have no idea what they are talking about.

what i do is I look into the home page to see if anything on the discussion topics interest me. Then I'll check on my interests, basically its about music, earning money, singing, and writing. Good question, pshiv29, thanks.

I open the notifiers from friends and respond when a discussion takes my fancy. I respond when discussions in my interests do likewise. I also go to 'no responses' and lend a hand. No set patterb rally as a lot depends onmymood to. As long as it's fun I keep Lotting!

Hi pshiv29.. Normally I responded first to the discussions that my friends have started. Then I check the discussions of my interests and lastly I check new or recent discussions.

I usually go to the homepage to look for discussions to respond to. I will glance through the top discussions, move down to discussions from my interests and then to those my friends started. If nothing good is around, I will refresh the page several times to see what comes up. If i'm still in the mood to mylot by then (frustration seeping in), I will go into my interests. I don't have too many interests, so that I can concentrate on topics I like best. My favourites are writing, making extra money and frugal living. Happy mylotting!

I have a few categories that I like to look under but those aren't always very active. I guess my next stop is checking the recent discussions to see if there is anything that interests me or that I feel I can easily make a legitimate response to.
