So you want to add many friends nice idea but can you add all the people you see i think it is the best idea just send a friend request to all the persons you see on mylot because i hope all the mylot people can not respond to this discussion.

It's great to be aspiring to something and all snam, but can you honestly honour the true meaning of the word "friendship" by adding everybody you can? For me, accepting or offering a friend request is only done if I wish to make an effort to maintain interaction with that person. If you can't manage to interact regularly with even a fraction of this people, then it's just a numbers game really. I wish you luck with it all, I just don't see much point in it for any other reason than to try and get more responses.

Of course you can try snam! And I hope you succeed at it too. All I have to go on really are past examples of members that have tried to do the same. And the reality is that to date, not ONE of them has managed to reach thousands of friends and keep interacting with them all (Not even close actually). It all becomes very one-sided very quickly unfortunately. I look forward to you possibly being the first ever person to prove differently!

Well, I will try my best to interact with all of them as much as possible. Thanks for sharing past experiences of other members trying this. I am sure I will interact more with my older and closer friends, but I will interact with everyone as much as possible. I see the true feat of this quest although I still would like to try. I can try, can't I? I know many people on mylot that I can honestly call my friends and this is the reason why I am looking for more. Although I am not close with everyone in my friends list, I try to talk to everyone as much as possible and have discovered new interests that we share. different thinking..
recently ronreyes made a record in having thousand of friends..
but whats the use of making toooo many friends? then you dont even have time enough to reply them if everyone sends you 1 message a day..
instead, you can try in doing record of you had done the maximum posts in mylot than any user.
that may be worth..
as i came across many users in mylot, i found many persons accounts are set inactive.
so beeter think any other idea in doing record in mylot.

I am not trying to set a record on mylot or anything. I would just like to have more friends as I think it will help me enjoy mylot more. Please do not wrongly assume that I am trying to set a record or anything. I will try my best to keep up with everyone's discussions, comments, and PM's but that is all I can do. I have a lot of close friends here and would like to make more good friends. I do agree that one best friend is better than one thousand friends but I have many good friends so please do not worry. I just would like to get to know more people. I understand your concern though. Happy mylotting and good luck!

anyway, you can do as you wish.. but i think it will not have any value in just increasing the counts of friends, having one best friend is thousand time better than having 10000 persons, in friends list "just" as friends..
but you can do to your wish.
i am not discouraging that..

adding every mylot memebers as a friend is really a giant project. have you set the deadline to finish it? if you manage it ,i believe that you create a miracle.
