I had enough sleep, but I'm still sleepy

I usually sleep at least 6 hours a day, but still I everytime I start to work, I still feel sleepy. How could I manage my sleeping habits?

I wish I knew the answer to that question. I have the same issue. I normally get around 4 hours of sleep on the weekdays and 10 hours on the weekends if I don't have anything to do or if no one wakes me up. My problem is once I go to sleep, I don't want to wake up. Once I wake up, I can't go back to sleep. It's really annoying. I want to get more sleep, but I have such a difficult time. I am a total night person, but I can't be since I work during the day. A friend of mine takes sleep aids. I don't think it's good if you do it too often, but I think she does it almost every night. I'm too scared that I'll get hooked so I don't do it. Maybe I should try....

Actually I became a coffee addict, and it makes you sensitized. I mean 2 cups of coffee is not effective to me anymore, and it just makes my stomachache.

hiiii patzi_md nice topic buddy.sleeping,waking up.these are daily activities what will done.I usually sleep 7 to 8 hours daily.I think that i am sleeping more.I too want to change my sleeping habits.But for me there is a lot of work i will be awake.This is one of the best quality for me.At one day there is a work for me so on that day i am awake the whole night without sleeping.So i can manage my sleep. friends happy mylotting.
