What do you do to stay in shape?

What do you do to stay in shape, a slender waist and flatter stomach? How to define your body curves? How to make your breasts firmer and bigger? Please share your tips.
As for me, I do yoga almost everyday. If you are ok with lemon, drink lemon with water. Squeeze the juice of a lemon in a cup and add water to it. Simple and easy. But be careful if you're someone with gastric problem, better seek doc's advice.
As for my breasts? I am born will small ones so kind of give up on trying unless you guys have effective tips to share with.

I work out regularly. I eat whatever I like, though in moderation. As they say, anything in excess is BAD. I think the key in staying in shape is exercise. So make it a regular part of your day or week.

Yeah, me too, I eat what I like and in moderation. I do stretching too to refine the shape.
