I think if you remove the green man in your avatar and put a nice picture more peopl emight want to be your friend because you would be less anonymous

find people that are very active in posting discussions and ask them to be friends.. go through your friends profiles and add their friends etc.. some people take awhile before they get back and add people

Please clarify what you mean. Is it making friends here at myLot or making friends in real life?

The first question is howw do you approach a person? do a common friend introduce you to someone? or are you the one who approach the person or the other way around? making friends is just easy. First is you need to have a good intention, second you can start it with a smile and ask the person's name, and ask some basic things such as where does he lives? or Where he goes to school?
