I usually eat bread and drink coffee during my breakfast, and I think I'm not getting enough energy for the whole day's work. Can you give me some advise regarding what to eat at breakfast.

If I don't have a lot of time I make some oatmeal. It tastes good (my favorite is peaches and cream) and its good for your cholesterol. If I have more time I usually make an omelet since it has a lot of protein to give me energy for the day. Some days I wake up earlier just so I can make my beloved ham and cheese omelet! :)

I always have eggs, soybean milk, bread, and sometimes fruits for my breakfast. These can supply me enough energy in the morning.

The best breakfast food is eggs—any way you like them, whether that means scrambled, poached, fried, hard-boiled, or made into an omelet. That's because eggs are loaded with healthful nutrients, including high-quality protein and fat, both of which keep you full after you've eaten.
I hope that helps you a little.
