you could use eon debit card and link it to your paypal account. a lot of paypal users in the philippines use eon card.

I just withdrawed my first earnings from paypal to my bank account. Actually you can transfer it any bank account. All you need to do is just follow the instructions given by paypal and be careful because when you entered wrong info it will sent back to paypal and they will charge you P250.00. I am using EON card of unionbank to withdraw my earnings. It took 4 days to withdraw it. And because i have withrawed less than 7000 i was charged 50 pesos.
