burn baby burn!

So, its a new year and we all I am sure have ade some kind of effort to improve ourselves in one way or another..one of the ways I am doing this is to work out more and get myself into tip top condition! I go out walking and I have a work out tape which starts my day off with an hour of cardio and toning..sounds good right? but I am not seeing a difference! Its so frustrating...the wheels of change are turning but having no effect...any advice? I eat healthy, no junk food and try to drink lots of water too.....
Is anyone else having this problem or have any advice? I want to burn away this extra flab so I can feel more confident and better about myself for the summer..not to mention the health benefits!

I hear you 2009 will be all about healty living for me as well - or well it will starting feb 1. :D Havn't been too good yet - but I will :)

LOL.better slightly later than never right?=)..tip..you know when you want something quick and hot as a snack? someting salty...homemade soup is the way to go! Takes an hour to make and can last all week in ther fridge...veg and chicken boulion cubes..they contain enough salt so you dont need add anything extra. red split lentils, rice, veg..then you can belnd it up to make it smooth and it will thicken it too! healthy for you, quick n easy! even for me as I hate cooking!
