leaders born or made?...

To lead a group is no easy thing...... are leaders born or made?....none has the conclusive answers for it.......it is simply said that leaders have the power of influencing the people but it takes a lot of confidence, courage, mental resolve etc ....the world has seen charismatic leaders lyk Hitler, washington,gandhi etc...they are born talents & they were in the mould of leader right from their early age....i stick to say tat leader are born but not made....gr8 leaders are capable of transforming visions into reality.........

i think leaders a made to be honest, as most of the time leaders emerge and arn't apparant from the beginning. as you say, it takes confidence and courage, which is mostly gained through experiance. for example, you could hang around with a group of people and though quiet to begin with someone can adapt in time to been the group leader.
