is there anybody knows the aloe juice is a edible beverage?

I plant some aloe in my garden ,and they grows very well ,someone told me that the aloe is good for our skin ,so I gather some aloe juice,but the only thing I want to know is the aloe juice is a edible beverage,or just for external use?

It is edible. I've seen it for sale but never tried it. I don't know why but I have the feeling I'd want it mixed with something else for flavor. That sounds silly I know since I haven't tried it.

yes, it is edible and you can put in juices. best with apple juice for sure. just cut it into small chunks and put in it. it's yummy for sure.

Yes, aloe is edible. In fact, you can buy it in most grocery stores. It's VERY good for you and of course, it helps your skin as well. *I recommend mixing the aloe juice with another flavored juice that you like. It may make it better for you.
