for few weeks now, i go home late at night and exhausted. i barely get 6 hours of sleep. i sleep late and get up early so i can finish my tasks. sometimes, i'm thinking not to sleep at all just so i can accomplish my responsibilities, but i can't. i need to sleep. well, i just hold on to the verse phil.4.13... and im very looking forward to the day when my tasks are accomplished and i can get enough sleep and rest again..

Depends on the kind of work you do and the diet you take.
If you take a good diet and don't have to many physically challenging things to do, i think you are fine.
If NOT, you might need more sleep.

well 6hours of sleep is still in normal range, you can even sleep for four hours yet you will still be lively and active when you wake up. the secret is the correct timing of sleep. actually there is a book that teaches how to sleep even in the shortest period of time. yes you can sleep lower than 8 hours of sleeping which is the normal hour of sleep but you will not grow any taller
