Do you not get paid if you don't add tags?

i guess you'll still get the payment. the purpose of the tag is to organize posts here. you need to tag your discussion so that the mylot admin won't be having any trouble in organizing topics. it's one way of helping them too.

I guess not, but I think it is important to put on tags so that it your discussion will be lined up on the Mylot's interest. I do always put on tags so that my discussion will be easily seen by my friends and also of Mylot community. It is not that important, it is up to you if you wanted it. You can still get paid.

in our policy it says you have to tag your discussion so if you don,t you probably will not get paid.it also says we don,t have to answer in the discussion but if you do it can,t be with a simple thank you.you have to really add something to the discussion.

I don't always add tags to my responses, but it doesn't affect hugely my earnings. I think you can still earn, even if you don't tag your responses and such.

I hardly do it. Mainly because i forget half the time. Or sometimes just rush to much.

You don't add tags, Mylot still paid you. I never had a problem getting from them, you can to adding or skiping tags. Tagging allows for a way to categorize and search discussions and messages in myLot for easy navigation. This is what i read in Mylot FAQs - Tagging.

I always forget to add the darn tags but I've never had a problem getting credit or payment so I don't think your friend is right.

As far as I'm aware, it doesn't matter whether you add tags or not. I never add tags, and I always get paid for what I post! I don't know if you get paid more for adding them, because as I said, I never do so I wouldn't know!

I think that you should add tags no matter what. I always add a tag at least one word. Even if I feel that it is already filled by others I still do it. I am not sure about if you get paid or not thing but I thought if it asks for a tag to me there must be a reason for it. YOu know your friend might be right because one way people find discussions to respond to is through the tags I think. I hope this helps you, and happy mylotting.
