so i have a bunch of auctions up to make a extra buck of ebay and one of the thing's i have up is some isagenix products (health stuff), they sell really well. well i got this e-mail from them for a second time... This message is to inform you again that offering Isagenix products on the Internet through online auctions, such as eBay, is a violation of the use of Isagenix Trademarks and the Internet/Web Site Policy of the Isagenix Policies and Procedures. If you are an Isagenix Independent Associate, you must remove your Isagenix product offerings from eBay immediately or your Membership status may be jeopardized. Again we invite you to take advantage of your Isagenix replicated web site to promote your Isagenix business. This is a serious matter. In the event of inaction on your part, your Isagenix Membership will be subject, at our sole discretion, to any disciplinary action that we deem appropriate. Please review the following link, http://www.isagenixlitigation.com/ Isagenix Compliance Board compliance@isagenix.net - isagenixcompliance do you all think this is something to worry about? i am not gonna pull the product off because it is money i can't lose, plus i never bought it from them so i never signed any contract. so what do you guy's think? what should i do?

Personally I do not think that it is worth losing your ebay account over. I would take their advice and start your own website. Much success to you

Well, then it sounds like they do not want you cutting into their profits. If that is the case you have every right to be there just like they are.

If you are not a representative of their company you shouldn't have to worry. They can't tell you not to sell the product. Well they can tell you but you don't have to listen. I know someone who sells another product line and because she is a seller of that stuff she isn't allowed to list it on ebay or other places. However, if someone bought it from her and wanted to sell it they can. If you aren't a salesperson for the company then you shouldn't have to worry.

She had purchased items from a shop that closed down. and like you she had great success with selling personal products go ebay they are a great way to make extra money i am pabrianna on there
