Are you good in English?

Hi there, I am not a native English speaker, also I do not always speak English to my friends, so I don't think my English is good. I always want to improve my English speaking, reading, writing and also listening skills. Participating in forums is one of the ways can help me to improve my English. I think my listening skill is the worst, as I do not fully understand when I watch English movies.

Hi vidhyagowri, I won't claim that I am good in English. Basically I am a commerce graduate.Moreover English is my second language only. However because of practice,I am as good as any other non-English speaking man. And forums like this make us more perfect. Happy mylotting.

hi. well, mistakes in grammar I think are inevitable. But I think I have a good balance of speaking, reading, and writing English- probably because it is our second language here in the Philippines. Here, the medium of instruction for most subjects is English. That really helped.

I am not that good in english and maybe the reason why I am not that confident in my english communication. Though, I don't think we all should stuck with this way we can still improve ur commmunication skills if we all just want it.

I'm an English major graduate but if you ask me that question, I will honestly answer that. I can say that I am not that perfect when it comes to speak or write in English. Simply because I am living here in the philippines and English is not the language that we are using in everygay conversation. If ever we are using that language everyday I guess there is a great chance of mastering the language because the very best way of learning something is by doing such most of the time.

i'm good at it but i won't say i don't make mistakes. =) i'm good at english because in the philippines, it's being taught since kindergarten.
