Try ehow, its an online "how to anything" site. At ehow you can write how to artilces and earn money. You will not earn alot of money, but it's a start.

It seems like you have to move to the middle of nowhere to find work in medical transcription. I wouldn't waste time looking online, most of the sites are just scams. I would check with your local job services to find out what companies in your state offer at home employment. Good luck.
