whats with this number beside the name in mylot?

thats roughly how many postings of merit you have made. by merit i mean how many u'll be paid for. see mine is over 900 and it goes up every day!

Hello jeckoy10, you get points for each response you make to another discussion in myLot. When someone gives a comment to your response and you respond again, you don't get an additional point but your earnings will increase if it's a longer response (more than 1 or 2 lines). You get a point for each discussion you start and which gets one response from one member here. You don't get a point for commenting on discussions but you earn for each comment to your discussion money (just don't say too often thank you in your comment, this is usually a don't in the discussion guidelines). You get a star as soon as you reach 100 points (like mine on the left side), with 200 points you can use the smileys, with 500 points you can use Copy & paste and you can upload additional pictures to your responses/comments (in the beginning you can upload pictures to your discussions and to the interests and earn some cents for each picture, take care of copyrights!!).
