What's wrong with google did any virus attacked google. "What's WIKI search"

When i type something i am getting totally irrelavent results for example the other day i have searched for youtube i got results as follows.
First is from youtube broadcast yourself, ok this is fine
The third or fourth was some other site that has no connection with youtube i can't understand why did google put this site there.
Can anyone explain me what is WIKI search in google i read in a article about this but i did not understand this.

That is the power of keywords to you.
All searches are based on keywords. People wanting their websites to be top ranked in a search would use popular keywords. If in your search query you happen to use any one or more of the keywords then their sites would be on the front page. Sometimes I too get strange pages, completely irrelevant to what I was looking for.
Wiki Search is a search engine that looks for documents inside Wiki sites including Wikipedia, Wikitravel, Wikibooks, and Wikihow.

Nothing wrong, all the results are relivent, The wikipedia is an online encyclopedia.
