Should dinesh kartik come back in team

dinesh karthik bats well keeps well and fields well but he cant find place in the team any more because there is lot of competition in the india team and he is not that much consistent he has not used his chances which was initialy given

I like him personally, but the fact is that he has not made use of the chances given to him. There was a time when he was the best keeper in the country & still dhoni was preffered over him, but today his keeping abilities have steadily declined & i feel his days with team India are over. His performance for chennai in ranji trophy was nothing great to talk about. If we are talking in terms of pure batting skills , there are many domestic players who deserve a chance before kartik.

I have never been a Dinesh karthik fan..

i first heard about him when he scored tons in the semis and finals of the ranji tournament.he is from my place.he didnt make any big impression untill that day against windies when india lost early wickets,he batted well for 60 to lead to a managable score.he is a terrific fielder .lets say one of the best in the team.i remember matches where he will be selected in the 15 member squad but never played a game but the captain always used his fielding abilities to the maximum.i always love the sound of his bat hitting the ball.he had a bad time with the gloves.lets see if he performs well in the next IPL season.if he does,he can look for a spot in the squad

he deserves a chance ...but he should be more consistent...der is no doubt he is a great fielde but at de same time he should regain his touch with his glove aft his poor series in srilanka
