My IP address has been listed here http://cbl.abuseat.org/ and this organization claim says "The CBL takes its source data from very large spamtraps/mail infrastructures, and only lists IPs exhibiting characteristics which are specific to open proxies of various sorts (HTTP, socks, AnalogX, wingate etc) and dedicated Spam BOTs which have been abused to send spam, worms/viruses that do their own direct mail transmission, or some types of trojan-horse or "stealth" spamware, dictionary mail harvesters etc.
I mean my system doesn't even deal with email marketing or such things and how did my IP got listed there? what's the solution to this? because according to the records i found on this site about my IP is that my IP once was listed and later removed in November last year and now it has been re-listed on 21/01/2009 i'm not sure how come this has happened

Do you have an up to date virus checker and firewall?
The most likely reason is that your PC is, unbeknown to you, sending out spam mail from a trojan which is installed on your PC. Some trojans can deactivate your antivirus and firewall, so you may need to use a virus checker from a CD and scan the PC while it is offline and in Safe mode.

I am on windows live onecare and is up to date and i run windows malicious removal tool every week but few days back i could not log-in to mail servers and when i done some researches i find this site has blocked my IP and reported it to mail servers like yahoo mail and now they have blocked my IP from accessing their sites
Because according to this site(CBL) it report IP addresses which sends pam mails to mails servers and you'll not be able to access their sites, which is what is happening here with me

Most likely a virus or something similar went into your system
without your knowledge. Or you may share the same IP with someone
who is a spammer

i'm not quite sure about this. maybe somebody uses your ip address. because in some online jobs offered by most marketing related clients, the number one requirement is to have a flexible ip address. using different ip addresses appear to be different users.
