Do you drink Kombucha

Lot of health claims are being made about this drink. Do you drink Kombucha? Do you think it has improved you health? Do you make your own? or do you buy it?

have never tried it. dont even know what its made of. sounds interesting. is it good tasting?

I have never tried it, but I have read up on Kombucha tea. It sounds very interesting and those that do drink it, swear by it. I would probably make my own, but it does take quite a bit of space... having to keep everything very clean and separate from many harmful items. Have you ever tried the tea? How does it taste?
