do you dink with your old friends often?

drinking is a common way to enhance friendship between friends in China. During the spring festival holidays you would have to drink with your old friends. And the more you drink the more important you are in your friends's circle.
But i'm tired of drinking. I hope you can give me some advice on drinking.

That's one thing I learned from my stay in China. Drinking with friends, students, colleagues, clients is a sign of respect and good relationship.
You can tell them ahead of time that you can only drink a little so you won't be forced to drink.
