How to spot if he is a straight guy or not?

There are different types of homosexual, the one who crossed-dress and feels that he's a real girl, the one who doesn't crossed-dress but are effeminate, and the one who looks like a real straight guy but deep inside he's not. And others are just effeminate but are straight men, so how would i know?
