The presence of caffeine in coffee is one of the reasons why a lot of people avoid it. In recent studies however, coffee is said to be rich in anti-oxidants which could help our cells fight free radicals and will make us look younger. Are there any other reasons you could add to encourage people to drink coffee?

I'm love coffee because of its great taste and I also take slimming coffee before. I read from the box of that slimming coffee that all types of coffee can make us look younger because it can also help to renew our cells. I think its true because I thin I think I look good after taking that slimming coffee every day but I think the disadvantage of taking too much coffee is its too hard to get sleep at night because that is also one of the effects of caffeine in our body.

Slimming coffee is effective to me. The brand name of it is Leisure 18. I lost three kilos after taking it for 18 days. I read that it is also good for our body because it is anti-cancer and it can help to strengthen our red blood cell. If you will try to order it online make sure that you buy the original brand because there are lot seller who sales fake Leisure 18.

Yes coffee is rich in anti oxidant or anti aging formula. We can drink coffee for sometime but not very often because caffeine is still present there. That is why sometimes drinking coffee can be addictive.

The last reason I would have for drinking coffee is to look young. I like coffee even when they said it was not good for me. Now, if it makes me look young then I was right all along in drinking it. Cheers!!

I am so glad to hear about the advantages of coffee. Anyway, I will take at least one cup in the morning. Without it, I will not be myself. Either for health or for work, I feel reliant on coffee.
However, I love to drink black tea for the rest of the day, otherwise, I will have difficult to fall asleep.

Right! I can't stand a day without drinking coffee. I would feel that a big part of my life is missing.

I think anything that is taken in excess is really bad for the health. Try a few cups!

I know about this and I agree. Yes, it helps us make look younger. That is because of the antioxidants present in the coffee. Antioxidants helps our body and skin look younger because it fights off free radicals.

I would say that for everything that the marketers wish to sell, they would always find some way to prove the product is actually good for the consumers even though many proves it wrong. But I trust people would have the ability to make sense out of all the information they received especially the facts about a particular product or services. Anyhow, based on what I came across, the disadvantages that comes with coffee is a lot more than the advantage.
