how many times do u eat a day??

hi friends.some eat 2 to 3 times a day many do even 4 or 5 how much times do u eat a day.r u build few extra pounds or r u slim even if u eat more?

I eat two times a day. i will put on extra pound if i eat more.

I eat a healthy breakfast, usually a bowl of cereal with a banana. I'll snack during the day and it's rare if I eat a meal for lunch. My snacks often include granola bars, an apple or a orange/tangerine, a handful of organic tortilla chips, etc. I often eat a big meal for dinner and I'll make smoothies for the family for dessert. The smoothies are often made with sugar-free ice cream, an organic juice (this week it's a Goji- blueberry mix) I add some organic blueberries and a banana into it and blend it up, adding a few cubes of ice near the end. My boys love these drinks and they always come back for seconds... and want third helpings too!

My family normally eats just once a day, in the evein'. Mainly due to lack of money to get enough food for to eat 3 times/day. We are victim to the economy right now, both of us are laid off, (with unemployment money.) and no other job in sight for now. But we've been thru this before. And right now, together, it's too much money to get food stamps too. We are both baby-boomers, and it's harder for us to get job's. But that 1 meal is a good-sized meal too.

I eat 4 times a day.I am average. Not so fat not so slim, somewhere in the middle. Its healthier dividing your meals like 4-5 times a day especially if you are trying to lose weight. It should be healthy stuff like soups, salads, fruits etc. It will not help if you stuff yourself with junk food 4 times a day. Instead of having 2-3 meals and filling your stomach, go for 4-5 meals without actually keeping yourself hungry. I am sure if you are planning to lose weight then you will definitely succeed

3 times a day here. I'm not particular about food and I eat almost everything. I'm a student and I have a regular diet. I don't have the habit to eat snacks, but my body slants thin.

I breakfast, lunch, snack and then dinner. It usually goes like this. But sometimes I snack a little bit more. It depends. I know there are people who don't eat a lot but they eat all the time, which is good to loose weight.

u shld try doing exercises and control ur diet that would help u to stay away from problems and keep u healthy and fit.....

I like eating several small meals in order to keep my metabolism "right." I have a small build and I notice that, when I eat larger meals less often, I gain weight rapidly. That's just how my body works, though. Everyone has to kind of test the waters and see what works best for them, I think.

Hi There, Well I am more of a grazer and a picker, rather someone who eats a large meal. I can not eat a large amount all at once. On average I think I have a fairly healthy diet and try to get all of my nutrients my body needs throughout the day. While I'm not a health expert on diet and exercise I think that the experts do recommend eating smaller meals more often when trying to maintain or lose weight, as this helps the body to reset your metabolism and help you to start burning calories more efficiently. And with that thought, it is no time for me to going get a midmorning snack because now you've made me hungry with all this talk about food. Happy Mylotting!

well like wise my schedule i eat up by i also don't know how many times but 1 breakfast lunch and then dinner so like wise i go on day by day and i eat lighter in day i think 5 or more then that

I eat three times a day. A good breakfast of cereal, usually a healthy salad for lunchtime and a cooked meal in the evening. I do not eat in between meals or any processed foods that contain sugar. I am about the correct weight for my build right now. I used to be overweight before I decided to eat more sensibly. Exercise to me is also important to I walk about a mile every day.:-) Derek

hi. im not too slim i still have fats in my body. but im not a person who get fat easily even if i eat alot. and now i eat more than 5x a day. as i am trying to gain alot of weight from an influx in my weight since i started dieting with exerciese it doesnt give me good results. cos i look weak and i lost my self confidence. now even if im eating a lot. it doesnt show easily. you know it takes time to see the result. if you're on the side of maintaining your body weight without depriving yourself from the foods you like, then my friend, its just a matter of time lapse. 4 hrs. from a heavy meal, and try to eat in small portions so digestion works faster. you can also have a fresh shake for snack. its healthy anyway. that's what i've learned from research. happy mylotting
