Mashed Potacos!

I started watching iCarly with my kids, and I have come to the decision that Carly's big brother and guardian, Spenser, is my favorite character on that show. He plays a wacky genius/artist who comes up with the strangest ideas. One of the running gags is his "famous" Spaghetti Tacos. So one night, we had some Cincinnati-style chili and spaghetti. I brought out the taco shells and made my own spaghetti tacos. It turns out that they aren't too bad. Last night, though, we had some mashed potatoes with our supper and, in a moment of inspiration, I put mashed potatoes in a taco shell, added shredded Monterrey Jack and Cheddar cheese, and topped it with jalapeno slices. Mashed Potacos!!! Awesome! Have you ever been inspired by something silly you saw on television, and having it turn out to be better that you thought it would?
