i sleep kind of late. i read in bed until i get tired. or sometimes if i go on the computer, i end up forgetting how late it is and all of the sudden it is morning.

I am a late speeper. I usually go to bed about eleven, otherwise, I might be awaken by three or four, and never going back to sleep. That is a tough issue for the elderly, so I would prefer to sleep late and get up late.
A good advise to have a sould sleep is to have a glass of milk, which is said to have soothing effect.

8am is almost the time I came back from my office and finished my dinner. In workday, I normally
sleep at 11:pm and wake up at 6:45am the next day. Coffee and tea have been my good buddy, unfortunately.

I've always been a night owl, especially since I graduated from high school. I dunno, for me it's pretty much the only time I ever had to myself to reflect on myself and the things going on in my life. Plus I'm a musician, and I usually get some of my best work done late at night. :o)

You are lucky to be able to sleep at 8pm. At my house it'll still be noisy then. I can't sleep early and i do not like to force myself to do so even for the sake of waking up early the next day. I usually sleep at 2am or later when i have a free day the next day and at the latest 2am when i need to get up early. I hate to get up early so i find ways to avoid having to, like choosing a late morning schedule for my uni. classes and afternoon work schedules.

oh my! i cant wake up 9AM if i'll slept 2AM, gosh how can you do that? in our house, i have rules for my kids and the rest here. during weekdays they are not allowed to watched televisions or any dvd's vcd's. from the time they arrived from school they will eat, then study, then eat dinner then brush their teeth and sleep, thats my rules! so they sleep at 8PM .. ill wake them up at around 5:45AM also. because their classes starts at 7:45AM also.. so thats the routine everyday!
we all be happy during Friday and Saturday, because we all not wake up early, they can do anything.. then during Sundays back to normal.. LOL
