Well, a lot of times girls can lie about a pregnancy because women start showing at different times, and if they scare the guy off, he's not going to stick around to see if she starts showing. I know a lot of girls who have faked pregnancies. They even printed pictures of ultrasounds off of the internet and showed them to people, but that was usually to make a guy stay with them. A girl would probably fake a pregnancy to scare a guy off because some guys break up with a girl the minute they hear that she's pregnant because they don't want the responsibility.
