I sure hope so! Last week I had to have a tooth pulled, unfortunately. It was cracked beyond repair, so the dentist pulled it. The best thing was my first experience with laughing gas, well worth the extra $40 or whatever they charge in your area and I don't have insurance! So then I develop flippin' dry socket. OUCH! Second...I'm painting my bathroom and decide in the interim that I clean it really well. I'm hand scrubbing the floor with a towelette thingy and I cut the living daylights out of my dang finger. BAD. OUCH! Third....Last night, finally able to finish the bathroom and I trip over the stool that I was standing on to get to the high places and I broke my pinky toe. Hubby says, oh, you just stubbed it. Uh, I'm 42, I know what THAT feels like, I f'in broke it! Oh ya, took the bandage off today and its all colors of black. OUCH. Sorry about the profanity. Been a Heck of a week! No More, right? Oh, the glass? From a broken mirror from months ago, but I'm not superstitious. Or wasn't! HA!

I guess thats why 3 is an unlucky no. for most of us ...Also for me 3 has been really unlucky because I've scored only 3 sometimes in great number of test with maximum marks as high as a 50...I've damaged three of my bones lately playing soccer within three days ....man is 3 bad luck or what..

I'm a fan of the number 3, actually. I have never thought of it the way you put it. My husband hates all odd numbers, I love them! 3 and 7 are two of my favorites! At least bad luck doesn't come in 7's!

Sometimes it seems that, if we didn't have bad luck, we wouldn't have any. Still, it's all OK when we keep on keepuing on!

No doubt, it could always be worse! I could surely dwell on all the bad things in my life but I choose not too, it just brings me down. Those things just happened to me and I was reminded why I had my nickname as a child "clutz butt"!

Hi Sue, I hope that next week holds much more positive things than the previouis one. Well it seems that bad luck came in two for me since I received an unexpected bill regarding my puppy. The airway bill came twice than the estimated price and I could not do other than pay it through my visa. We have planned to go to England this summer and I checked the airline company and in just a week the price for three tickets went up by 150 Euros. The more you are hard strapped for cash the more sh*t happens. I hope that your toe is a lot better now.

With gas prices rising again, I suppose the airfares are as well. We, too, were struck with huge bill for our dog last year at this time and she needed an FHO; her hip ball removed. We could technically have about 10 of her now! But nothing could replace our "Dixie"! Funny how our puppies or any animals our extended members or our families. And really, they are even better! In so many ways! I hope your baby is better soon. My toe will heal soon, as will my finger and my "non" tooth. My toe is all sorts of colors and hard to walk on in the mornings, but come afternoon, I work all the kinks out of it! Thanks for caring!

Oh! I am so sorry to learn that you met with accidents and that too in so little span of time. You know this kind of things do happen suddenly all my phones are giving me trouble one with its battery the other had a display problem and yet other was getting hang. Then I have got a nasty parking scratch on the left door of my car, but thankfully for me it has been on my objects not my body. Sorry for the ridiculous pun!! Really hope that you are fine now, Bodhi
