PTC scams..

I don't understand this exactly suddenly a PTC becomes a scam when i have nearly reached my payout limit... I think the only way to earn is by getting referrals because i did not have any referrals in any of the sites i joined and when i was about to get the minimum payout in all of them they turnout to be scam..

You are simply just picking the wrong ones to join I have several that I have reached payout on and have received them. So maybe you just need to check into them before you join. I have made a few bucks and now am about to cash out on some of the same ones again.
