If you are just starting out I would figure longer for the job and then later figure how long it took you, how much you spent on product and so forth. And how messy the place is and what is expected of you. Charge what you feel you are worth!

The person cleaning, or the company, sets the prices. The owner doesn't set the price usually. My aunt used to clean houses. She's charge like a hundred per floor she cleaned.
