weight loss

I have heart problems . My doctor said lose weight and low my ldl or get ready to undergo an opration. I don't eat fried foods at all for 2 months I try to count my calories but darn it is hard. I lost down 10 lbs in 3 weeks but it has been 2 months now and i can't go any farther. What else can I do. please help with your info.Stagant at 240.

Well, what I would suggest is join a group that goes walking/running as a way to stay in shape. Sometimes, it is hard to do it all on our own. If we feel that we are part of a group and we have a common goal- which is to loose weight and stay in shape, then we are more encouraged to do these activities. I don't think that you'll be able to loose those pounds just by counting the calories, you also have to move your body. So get up and join a group or groups whose goal is to move your body.
