Hi! I have been told that I am getting arthritis in a wrist that I injured. I feel that I also have it in my knees. I know if I lost about 20 lbs that would probably help with the pain but is there anything else that I can do for it? Lately with all the snowstorms and bad weather we have been having I have been having so many aches and pains.
Thanks for any advice.

Virgie60, I have arthritis too from wear and tear in the military. I have it in both knees and my hands. My ortho recommended glucosamine; my mother recommended fish oil; and my dad swore by copper bracelets. I use all three in different combinations depending on how bad my pain is. My recommendation is to see a specialist and together come up with a plan that works for you. No matter what you choose to do, diet will play a big part of feeling well.
Good luck to you, Virgie60.
