Personally I prefer outdoor exercises, as I can enjoy the the fresh air and feel the leisure.
Study results also back outdoor exercises. The sunshine and fresh air outdoors tend to stimulate our metabolism. We tend to be more excited, pace up, and keep on for a longer time.

I do love the outdoor and feel the sun, fresh air in the morning for my jogging exercise. Its good for the lungs too, and the skin. But sometimes we cant do that outdoor sports because of our busy schedules, though we have no choice but to go in the gym and play our favorite exercise machine. Somehow, we can also enjoy indoor, with some of our friends who are interested in fitness. Like me, for example, i do work monday till friday and i only play badminto during tuesdays and thursdays. I only go for outdoor during weekends. But as long as you enjoy your day, its all good. :)
Happy mylotting!!!!

It's outdoor exercise for me. I don't like gyms as in going to the gym for exercise. I prefer the breeze and the sunshine.

zhuhuifen46, I'm with you, the great outdoors is also my preference. I just can't warm up to stuffy, smelly gyms; they make me feel confined. Outside you feel as if you are actually getting somewhere when you run; not like going nowhere fast on a treadmill. Outside is definitely best for me.

Yes I have to agree with you. Im a fairly serious cyclist and clocked 1000 miles last year on my bike. For the winter time I have a trainer I can hook my bike up to which will allow me to turn it into a stationary one. When I get on my bike inside my home I feel much less inclined to do many miles at one time and gets boring very quickly, outside I never have that problem. In my opinion no machine can beat healthy outdoor exercise. Just too bad it has to get so darn cold.

I love the outdoors. It provides you with a complete health benefit. You don't only get physical exercise from jogging or hiking but you also get mental relaxation from looking at the beautiful scenery. Fresh air also helps in cleaning our lungs and promoting healthy cells by supplying our blood with more oxygen. I love the outdoors!
