How Conscious Are You About Your Health?

I am sure there are a lot of people worldwide who are conscious about their health but sometimes anyone forgets to maintain their health fitness when delicious foods are being served like chocolates, pasta, lechon, salads, etc. But some get controls over their diet but some are not!...because they want to eat more & more as they will resort to any diet pills. Does anyone has a beauty secrets? or any beauty regimen to maintain your figure? marilyn23

i really love this kind of discussions. it helps me motivate and getting stronger. i am a sick person and i care so much about my health. i never think about anything to intake as long as i love the food served. now that i know that am sick. i start exercise and balance diet. coz its very hard to have meds maintenance it ruins my budget. to maintain my beauty am starting to a water therapy. hope you share with me your beauty secret. thanks

hi djcharlie! So from now on try to be conscious about getting healthy everyday. As for me, every morning before i take breakfast i drink 4-5 glassses of water then after 1 hour i have to eat my heavy breakfast then drink more water again. I love to eat fruits & vegetables & sometimes take vitamin c. marilyn23

Having healthy food and excercising regularly is what you should be doing. Not only for maintaining your figure but also for the sake of avoiding ailments like heart problem, paralysis, diabetes etc. In the long run whatever diet you are following currently will show up after many years. If you are having healthy food then you will remain healthy, if you are having junk food it will show up in some or the other ailments. Having lots of vegetables, fruits, salads is a definite way of keeping healthy. But it doesn't mean you can't have chocolates and other things. Its ok to enjoy things once in a while.Only thing is you should have it moderately. Following a diet doesn't mean you should forget to enjoy life. Happy mylotting...

Thanks ejohn! You are correct! Being healthy doesnt also mean that its only pertaining for foodstuff we eat but we must be HEALTHY INSIDE & OUT meaning not only physically but also spiritually that is a balancing diet. marilyn23

Though not ver much, I am health conscious...still problems that creep in without warning troubles me a lot.

Well the only method to mantain a figure is exersice a lot and eat health food, there are no magic pills I don't really belive in diet pills. I think that that is the only way and to remain thin and healthy....

I can't resist the delicacies but i try my best to stay fit and healthy by including lots of fruits and vegetables and exercising regularly.. And my beauty secret would be water i have lots of it throughout the day......

hi djemba, Thats nice beauty regimen...eating fruits & vegetables then exercise regularly & drinking water is really very good to our body...so the end result is fit & healthy! I am also adapting these habit for a year now & will continue doing to keep ft & healthy all the time. marilyn23
