What homemade remedy tea can soothe anxiety? I've tried a few things like poppy root, lavender, and chamomile but I'd like to hear from others that have used tea herbs to calm the adrenal gland so that anxiety is no longer a problem.

I like ginger tea also, it helps my digestive system when I have problems trying to eat and don't feel hungry. I don't think I've tried Cardamom tea, I will give it a try!

Wow thank you for the recommendations, I will have to try them out. Indeed anxiety is a condition I have had since I was a child and teas are a quick fix. I was put on medication but don't like the way they work. I'm also thinking that my religion is a big factor in taking other prescriptions so I haven't been back for a refill. I will try these and see if they help. Thanks!

I think chamomile is best. I've tried it. try drinking a regular cup of tea without thinking about anything. That works better.

I don't know about the regular cup of tea because the adrenal gland is often irritated with caffeine but drinking chamomile and leaving the mind blank will help out :) Thanks!
