can babies that died on birth go to heaven ?

I myself am a Christian, and so I feel compelled to put in my little bit in this discussion. I've often pondered this question myself, and someone here raised a VERY interesting point to me; babies when born, I presume have committed no sins. They are not guilty of anything yet, I would assume. They can hardly think rationally, so how could they formulate sinful thoughts? What sins have they committed, crying? No, I believe newborn babies are indeed sinless and innocent, so I must presume God intends to give them a chance to go into heaven if they are aborted or die at birth. Indeed, Jesus Christ was sent to earth and into heaven afterwards to cleanse us sinners of our sins. In olden days, sins were forgiven through the blood of an innocent being, often represented by the sacrifice of a white lamb. Jesus took the place of that lamb for all mankind would be saved, and not have to suffer Hell. But babies, who have not sinned, would be able to get into Heaven, I think.

Honestly, I don't know how it works. This is what I do know: God is Just. Also, His ways are much higher than ours. So it's okay if we don't understand how He does everything. Really. You just have to trust that God does what is right in the situation.

I don't believe that a loving God would send an innocent baby to hell.

I beleive that all children would go to heaven. They are to young to understand the ways of the world. A newborn baby has not sinned. I do not beleive in reincarnation, once you die that is it until Jesus comes back for us all. The person telling you the baby has to go back to hell to pay for his previus life sins, does not make sense to me. If they beleive that you have to go back to get forgiven for your sins then no one would go to heaven. Everyone one of us have sinned. The only perfect person was Jesus. To get forgiven for your sins and get to heaven you have to take Jesus into your heart.
