bux.to - Scam or not?

Hello everyone!
I have been using bux.to for somethime, when I was told it stopped paying its members and I believed that when they turned off their forum..
Now, I have heard that they have restarted paying some members after waiting 8 months for payment.
Does anyone have a clue what is going on with this website?

This website is a scam, because I failed to receive my payment and it seems that they also turned off their customer support section where I could send them an e-mail.

I think they are a scam
.I have been waiting more than eleven months for my payment.I don't trust their payment system.No site takes so much time to pay.Nowadays there are sites that pay us instantly.They are cheating a lot of people by saying they are paying.Let my payment come to believe bux.to.

I've waited for payment ($23) since September 1st, but I must say that they are responding to tickats fast!
I hope I'll get my money since I'm planing to invest them in other sites :D I have made several more dollars since that day and will have to wait for another payment. I do believe that many poeple cheats and that's why it takes loads of time!
